Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BI solutions using industry-leading tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand their data and BI needs and translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain data models, ETL processes, and data warehouses like Snowflake and Dataverse to support BI initiatives.
• Support and chip in to work cohesively to develop, design and deploy of data & technology platforms & IT business projects at all stages.
• Build interactive visualizations, reports, and dashboards to present insights and key performance indicators to partners.
• Optimize BI solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Fix and resolve issues with existing BI solutions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Capable/show technical competence to working with the newest technologies like AI insights and Kore AI Chatbot
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the BI field and evaluate their potential impact on our organization.
• Implement robust data security measures, including encryption, access controls, and data masking, to safeguard critical information.
• Stay ahead of with emerging data technologies and trends, evaluating their potential for adoption within the organization.

Candidate Background

• Proven track record of 3- 5 years in a BI development role with a focus on data and business intelligence solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of data modeling techniques, relational and NoSQL databases, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools including data visualization and dashboard development.
• Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, or other relevant languages for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for building and deploying data solutions is helpful.
