Exp 7+ Yrs.

  • A strong technical Middleware engineer with Cloud migration & operation experience to manage Middleware stack on AWS.
  • Act as an individual contributor and lead/coach the team technically.
  • Experienced with Cloud migrations Planning till execution of MW workload.
  • Able to provide consultancy & Solution to customer irrespective of product stack used.
  • Drive technical discussions and stand-ups for key deliverables.
  • Identify toil and develop automated solution with reduced effort.
  • Be able to build, Install, configure & deploy middleware stack manually & through Ansible automation.
  • Good at troubleshooting level 3 kind of issues for all listed technologies.
  • Plan, coordinate, and apply patch/upgrade middleware softwares to latest/required level.
  • Coordinate and perform OS & DB maintenance activities.
  • Able to troubleshoot, analyze & Optimize environments leveraging thread & heap dumps.
  • Certificate Management involving CSR generation, cert issuing, cert implementation and validation.
  • Good hands-on experience in writing Ansible playbooks and managing execution from Ansible Tower.
  • Have migrated middleware softwares to AWS cloud as server & serverless solution.
  • Good knowledge of Fargate, lambda, EC2, S3, IAM, AWS CDK, etc. AWS services.
  • Work on service requests & user fulfilment related to provisioning, deployments, assistance, etc.
  • Be able to provide on-call support for priority issues.
  • Understanding of vulnerabilities and how to fix them as per security guidelines.
  • Able to perform Disaster Recovery
  • Know audit requirements and how to coordinate & fulfill them.
  • Monitoring and Tuning WebSphere/Liberty JVM.
  • Good knowledge on Bamboo, Git, SCM, IBM PMR (or other vendor support request process)
  • Good understanding of REST, SOAP, API, JSON, XML
  • Understanding of oauth token while configuring/calling APIs
  • Able to troubleshoot API related issues ex. Postman, Apigee, Kong API
