Middleware Administrator
Job Description
Provide support for all stages of WebLogic implementation and/or Java container related issues and triage application issues as related to the J2EE container. Possess a comprehensive understanding of all other middleware components such as Apache Tomcat, ngnix, OEM etc. Middleware Performance Tuning and its Implementation. Should be good in automation, scripting and automation tools like Ansible, Jenkins etc.
Skilled in implementing high availability, fault tolerant strategies, and load balancing. Experienced technical knowledge in specialty area with basic knowledge of complementary infrastructures. Ability to design, build, deploy, document, and troubleshoot issues within the Linux and Windows stack and collaborate with Storage, Network and Application groups on infrastructure projects. Must have very good understanding of EAR/WAR files build /deployment and management.
A fast learner with ability to dive into new products and technologies, develop subject matter expertise and drive projects to completion. A team player with good written and verbal communication skills that can mentor other members in the production support group. A minimum of 12 & above years of experience in the field of IT and Middleware Administration. The candidates having experience in ELK/K8S/Kafka/APIGEE/Siteminder/IAM/SSL would be preferred for this role.
Understanding of agile architecture and methodology will be add on.
