Job Summary:The Wealth Product - Sales and Distribution Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the sales and distribution activities related to wealth products including but not limited to Mutual Funds, Insurance etc. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, and managing relationships with financial advisors, distribution partners and clients. Also ensuring operational excellence in mutual fund transactions and services.Key Responsibilities:Sales and Distribution:- Drive the sales and distribution of wealth products to achieve business targets.- Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and increase market penetration.- Provide product information and support to financial advisors, brokers, clients and other distribution partners.- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns and providing solutions promptly.- Conduct regular client reviews to assess their investment needs and recommend appropriate financial products.- Ensure clients are kept informed about market trends, product updates, and performance reports.Operations Management:- Oversee the operational aspects of mutual fund transactions, including processing applications, managing account setups, and handling redemptions.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and enhance the efficiency of processes.Reporting and Analysis:- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to senior management.- Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales and client management.Market Analysis:- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on market analysis.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in distribution of wealth products like mutual fund, insurance, PMS etc - Strong understanding of various financial products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.- Candidates with a strong existing client base will be preferred.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relationship management.- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
