Tasks & Responsibilities We are searching for a mid-level automation test engineer who is passionate about applying the latest technologies to deliver the next generation of expert solutions. You should be willing to take on challenges of unknown dimensions across different domains, and work hand in hand with subject matter experts, product leaders, customers, and other developers. You will need to have very strong technical skills and desire to apply them to the delivery of production solutions. You will join OneID team and report to the Delivery manager. OneID delivers identity, authentication and authorization solution to our business partners that eliminates the need to choose between efficiency and effectiveness. It enables a seamless cross product experience to Wolters Kluwer customers. The team is part of the Digital eXperience Group (./dxg), a corporate level division providing advanced technology capabilities globally for Wolters Kluwer and is critical to driving effective innovation. In this role you will: Work with an international multi-disciplinary team of engineers to ensure that software products deliver business value, have high quality, and contain a minimal of technical debt. works with cross functional teams to standardize/adopt technology and automation best practices. Clearly communicate actionable information to the project team. Perform peer reviews. Develop and document test designs that emphasize usefulness/usability, stability, performance, and reusability. Continuously stay current on market trends and new technologies that can affect how we approach our solutions. Establish and uphold firm expectations and ensure that deliverables are self-certified prior to transitioning to the downstream consumers of the deliverable. Your profile We are looking for someone enthusiastic, pro-active, and willing to grow into a Senior Quality engineer. You should be able to receive a statement of objectives and together with the Senior engineer, translate this into the detailed direction. You should be able to effectively execute in those directions and clearly communicate the project impediments to peers. Required & desired experience and skills 3 to 5 years of experience in software quality engineering, including experience in test automation and test frameworks. Sound knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit, etc. Good knowledge in programming languages like JavaScript, Java. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or GitLab. Familiarity with cloud-based testing and virtualization tools. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to understand business functionality, workflow and able to write automated end to end test scenarios using any of programming language Basic understanding of RDBS and data modelling Able to write SQL queries in PostgreSQL or other Good understanding of Functional, Integration, regression, and end to end testing Experience working within an Agile environments (SCRUM, SAFe) Good communication (English) and social skills. It would be an advantage if you have experience in Cloud Architecture (AWS) and containerized solutions like Docker or Kubernetes. If you don\'t, you will get sufficient opportunity to learn all that on the job.
