Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Architectural design, planning, and project management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing designs for a variety of projects, from small-scale gardens to large urban developments. This role requires a strong understanding of architecture principles, sustainability practices, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Planning:

• Develop and design plans that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and sustainable.
• Produce detailed drawings, models, and presentations to communicate design ideas.
• Conduct site analysis, including environmental, cultural, and historical factors, to inform design decisions.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
• Oversee the preparation of construction documents, including specifications and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors and oversee the implementation of landscape designs on-site.

Client Interaction:

• Attend client meetings to discuss project goals, present designs, and provide updates.
• Address client feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Technical Proficiency:

• Utilize CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, for design and documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainable practices.
• Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, zoning laws, and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 2-6 years of professional experience in architecture.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp), Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
