Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunication/Electronics/CS/IT with relevant experience of 12-18 years.
Sound knowledge and hands-on experience on Ericsson Minilink 6xxx series, MLTN products. E-band Minilink 6352 knowledge is added advantage.
Hand-on experience on various OEM microwave products as well like Huawei, NEC, ZTE, Ceragon and Nokia.
Ability to configure and troubleshooting on any of following two OEMs product and portfolios.
Ericsson: MLTN, ML6xxx series like 6366, 6691, 6693, 6654 and Radios like 6363, 6365
Huawei: RTN 300 - RTN310 & RTN320(Traditional Microwave 28GHZ to 42GHZ), RTN380/RTN380H- E-Band Microwave, RTN 900 Series - Split Microwave RTN905, RTN950, RTN950A, RTN980, RTN980L
ZTE: MW NR9000 series, E-Band Series
Ceragon: IP 10,20 and 50 series
NEC: iPASOLINK iX
Able to understand and do various microwave configurations like 1+0, 2+0, 4+0, XPIC, 2+0 CA, MIMO etc.
Troubleshooting for microwave link alarms, node alarms or any abnormalities happening on node/link.
To perform E2E provisioning of links, troubleshooting and acceptance test.
Basic performance analysis of Microwave links to ensure MW links meet KPI.
Leadership capabilities to handle customer, peers and meet expectation from customers.
Communicate/coordinate with cross domain teams like ASP, Engineering team, planning, Implementation manager and various stake holders to achieve microwave link targets.
Understand customer requirement, targets and shall be able to deliver accordingly.
Willing to travel across different circles.
Certifications -Any recognized Microwave associate/ professional level certification
Good communication and documentation skills.Good to Have:
Expert level certification is a plus.
Planning, organization and executing skills.
Knowledge on Optical Transport technologies is an advantage.
Good understanding of E2E telecom networks, including Mobile and enterprise.
More than two OEMs knowledge and expertise along with Ericsson product and portfolio.
Knowledge on Optical Transport technologies and systems such as OTN, DWDM, ASON/WSON, and ROADMs is an advantage.
Understanding of IP domain : Switches and Routers
