MicroStrategy DeveloperAssociate MicroStrategy DeveloperWe\'re on the lookout for a MicroStrategy Developer to join our Data and Analytics tribe in Hyderabad, India.This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both! We will kit you out to work from home but know that working as a team is what makes us phenomenal and spending quality time together is crucial for keeping us mission-aligned.Are you our next star player?You will help to improve an established MicroStrategy implementation and join our team at a time of significant change for the Data & Analytics tribe, as we embrace new ways of working (Agile Scrum) and build a next-gen data platform (AWS). Your excellent data and front-end visualization capabilities will play a part ensuring we deliver on all 2025 growth ambitions.Why we need you?Reporting directly to the Senior Development Manager and working closely with expert Developers and many stakeholders, you will:

• Develop a detailed knowledge of the Business data and KPIs
• Collaborate with users to understand and interpret their visualization needs
• Develop reports and dossiers at a high-level to meet business requirements
• Work closely with senior developers to develop detailed data requirements
• Assist in cube development as and when required
• Assist in upgrades and support of the MicroStrategy stack

Who we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for?

• MicroStrategy Certification with a minimum of 2+ years practical experience in all elements of MicroStrategy
• Good interpersonal skills with a delivery mindset, and ability to work to deadlines
• Strong visualization skills

Preferred Skillset

• You have a history of building working relationships to get things delivered
• Experience in the iGaming industry is helpful but not crucial
• Ability to handle a large, fast paced set of stakeholders
• Experience of Agile Scrum methodology
