Job Description

• Required EMS L2+
• Location - Kolkata
• Onsite/Remote - Onsite
• Working days - 6 days (10am to 6pm)
• Education - BE/MCA
• Experience - 3-4 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for enterprise mobility and security solutions, including mobile device management (MDM), identity and access management, and threat protection.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of security policies and mobile applications across various platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile devices, applications, and security configurations.
• Monitor system performance and security alerts, responding to incidents as needed.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of mobility and security solutions.
• Educate users on best practices for device security and data protection.
• Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to mobility and security.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with mobile device management systems.
• Understanding of identity and access management solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud services and security protocols.
