We are seeking a skilled and experienced .NET core Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of hands-on experience in developing robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using the .NET Core framework. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of various software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products.


#### Responsibilities:


• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of .NET-based applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architecture designs.
• Design and develop complex software solutions using C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework Core, Postgres and other relevant technologies within the .NET ecosystem.
• Implement and integrate third-party APIs, components, and libraries to enhance application functionality and performance.
• Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks, ensuring the stability and reliability of production systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the .NET development landscape, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members to develop good quality code and help them deliver on time.
• Understanding of telecom domain and VoIP technologies is a plus.

#### Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• More than 5 years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
• Proven expertise in building web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software architecture concepts.
• Proficiency in database design, development, and optimization using SQL Server, Postgres SQL or other relational and NoSQL databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
