Highly Desired Skills:- - .Net, HTML, C#, CSS and javascript - Dynamics 365 CRM Customizations & Development - Power Platform Development Experience - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering Responsibilities:- - Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE to meet business requirements, including security, entities, forms, workflows and plugins - Develop and deploy plugins, workflows and web resources to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 CE - Working with internal support members to resolve technical issues with servers, ETL packages, SQL, SSRS and other related technologies to the internal CRM system -Manage CRM solution deployments and updates - Implement security measures and ensure compliance with data protection regulations within the CRM system. - Train end-users on the effective use of Dynamics CRM features and functionalities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate requirements into technical solutions. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the stability and reliability of CRM customizations. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing CRM solutions, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. - Stay updated on the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics CRM technology and recommend best practices for system optimization. - Document technical specifications, process flows, and system configurations as needed.
