Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Microsoft Collab & O365 Expert to responsible for administers and supports Email Services (Exchange Online) and collaboration tools including Teams, OneDrive and Electronic Faxing. Responsibilities:
• Responsible for design, planning and development of the Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune and Autopilot Expertise
• Responsible for design, planning and development of O365 solution with overall IT strategy and enterprise architecture.
• Responsible for design, planning and development of Active directory and ADFS
• Enginee, deploying, operationalizing, maintaining, and supporting tools associated with
• Acts as the end-to-end subject matter experts for Intune and Modern Deployment Methologies (Autopilot)
• Define governance models, policies, and processes for deploying and managing the Endpoints.
• Manage Azure virtual machines, session hosts, virtual networks, and storage solutions
• Design and manage Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and other management tools for desktop support software distribution, and patch management
• Ensure robust network performance, including voice, data, and wireless communications, and provide support for all networked software
• Establishes baseline endpoint configuration needs for inclusion in the CMDB and identifies opportunities for improvement.
• Stays ahead of industry and technology trends.
• Acts as a lead on the team, offering mentorship and providing guidance to team members when needed.
• See themselves as part of the greater whole in meeting or exceeding business objectives on a regular basis, as well as assistance in driving key initiatives.
• Regularly reviews license compliance and ensures that the license investment is utilized in the most efficient way possible.
• Supports corporate programs, goals, and initiatives




Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with software, application, and operating system administration, support, patching, packaging, deployments to Windows, Apple, and Android end user devices including (desktops, laptops, virtual desktops, iPads, tablets).
• Extensive experience with AWS and Azure environment
• Extensive experience with major OEM third-party software such as Microsoft Office 365 products, Adobe, Java etc.).
• Broad experience with Microsoft O365 (Manage, design & Administration)
• Broad experience with Microsoft Intune and JAMF.
• Broad experience with Autopilot and Operating System deployment.
• Detailed understanding of endpoint-based technologies.
• Knowledge of SCCM.
