The Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L2) is a developing engineering role, responsible for providing a managed service to clients to ensure that their IT infrastructure and systems remain operational.




Through the proactive monitoring, identifying, investigating, and resolving of technical incidents and problems, the Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L2) is able to restore service to clients.




The primary objective of this role is to proactively review client requests or tickets and apply technical/process knowledge to resolve them without breaching service level agreement (SLA).




The Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L2) focuses on second-line support for incidents and requests with a medium level of complexity and focusses across two or more technology domains - Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications and / or Collaboration etc.



This role may also contribute to / support on project work as and when required. What you'll be doing

• Establish and execute the Azure Virtual Desktop operations as per the specification and parameters.

• Deployment new AVD environment for new coming projects and give demo session to them for better understanding as well.

• Implementation of AVD personal and Pooled infrastructure and deploy accordingly.

• Working on AVD Workspace environment and deployment as per requirement and provide solution on this technology.

• Working on Azure short path with implementation.

• Good at Managing hosting plans for Azure Infrastructure, implementing & deploying workloads on Azure virtual machines.

• Designed Network Security Groups (NSGs) to control inbound and outbound access to network interfaces (NICs), AVDs and subnets.

• Shape Manage and Create Storage Account and Affinity Group in Azure Portal for FSLogix profile and ensure rom profile is working or not.

• Worked on escalated tasks related to interconnectivity issues and complex cloud-based identity management and user authentication, service interruptions with Azure Virtual Machines (their host nodes)

• Configuration the system to create change requests for specific modification to virtual machines.

• Reporting to the Manager for technical escalations, analyses top-issues and top call drivers for the week and provide action plans to streamline processes.

• Lead and maintain the multiuser computing environment as per the requirement of organization.

• Handle escalated Support tickets till closure for Azure Virtual Desktop and Provide best solution on the raised issue /observation and close all issue with in SLA.

• Exposed to working with various issue severities, engaging specialized teams, close deadlines.

• Design lab sessions for team members to reproduce critical issue.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize job requirements in a dynamic environment.

• Working on CloudPC and Establish as per requirement.

• Maintain issue tracker for future reference and maintain resource detail.

• Coordinate with Microsoft support team for unknown behavior of AVD.

• Working on AVD Monitoring.

• Maintain AVD Decommission part.
