Job Purpose


As a M365 Trainer & Functional Support, your main responsibilities will include designing and delivering end-user trainings on M365 and third-party applications, providing company end-users with functional support and guidance, collaborating with other team members to improve user experience, and ensuring that end-users adhere to the established governance policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities


• Designing and delivering end-user trainings on M365 and third-party applications.
• Providing company end-users with functional support and guidance.
• Ensuring that end-users adhere to the established governance policies and standards.
• Escalating and following-up on requests to second- and third-line support as necessary (including partners and vendors).
• Participate in the testing and quality assurance process of custom-built applications and integrations.
• Participate in the maintenance and creation of new documentation in the ICT knowledge base.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within target SLA.
• Maintain or improve the internal customer satisfaction score.

Deliverables:


• Up-to-date and relevant trainings
• Redaction of documentation in the internal KB and/or customer-facing Help Portal.
• Participation in community events to promote the good use of the tools.






Soft skills:


• Excellent training and presentation skills
• Excellent (C2 Level) communication skills in English both written and verbal is mandatory for this role.
• Good communications skills in French both written and verbal is considered a strong asset for this role.
• International experience in a multi-cultural environment is mandatory for this role.


Functional skills:


Mandatory:


• Good functional knowledge of M365 applications, including but not limited to:
• Microsoft Teams
• SharePoint Online & Microsoft Lists
• Microsoft Planner & To-Do
• Microsoft Forms
• Microsoft Stream
• Microsoft Whiteboard & Loop
• Microsoft OneNote
• Microsoft Outlook & Exchange
• Office Apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


Considered an asset:


• Knowledge of Microsoft Viva Suite
• Knowledge of DocuSign
• Knowledge of French language is a definite advantage for the trainer role


Education & Experience

• Bachelor of Engineering.
• 5+ Years of relevant experience.


Certifications:


• MS-900 Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals
• Considered an asset: Certified Docusign eSignature Administrator.
