We are now looking for an experienced and qualified candidate with the main mission to work as Microsoft 365 L2 Support.


Your main responsibilities in this role will be:


• To thrive in this role, you are open-minded and enjoy taking on new challenges within a global M365 24/5 shift environment.
• Your well-structured manner and proactive way of working enables you to find solutions and drive change towards automation.
• Along with your can-do attitude, you manage to get things done and provide excellent service in line with the business needs.




Skill and Competency Requirement:


• Worked as a Level 2 support across the entire range of Microsoft 365 products
• Aadvanced knowledge in Exchange Online, One Drive, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID and networks is also essential.




Personality Requirement:


• Enthusiastic, able to work well under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organization skills. Self-starter, goal-oriented, and clear thinking
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
• Team player - open-minded and flexible
