Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic

Corporate Trainer for Microsoft 365 (M365)

to deliver comprehensive training sessions for enterprise-level clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Microsoft technologies and a proven track record of conducting hands-on training for corporate professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs on Microsoft 365 tools and services (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Power Platform, Exchange Online, etc.). Customize training content based on client needs and business use cases. Conduct both classroom and virtual instructor-led training sessions. Provide post-training support, including Q&A sessions, troubleshooting, and refresher courses. Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve delivery methods. Collaborate with L&D and IT teams to align training goals with business objectives. Stay updated on the latest Microsoft 365 updates and integrate them into training modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8-10 years of experience as a corporate or technical trainer, preferably in enterprise environments. Expertise in Microsoft 365 suite and related administration. Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with instructional design tools and creating e-learning content is a plus. Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCT, MS-900, MS-700, MS-101) are highly preferred.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or hybrid cloud environments. Experience in change management or digital transformation initiatives.
