Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Microbiologist to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about microbiology and eager to start their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct microbiological testing and analysis on various samples (e.g., food, water, pharmaceuticals, etc.)
• Perform laboratory experiments and procedures following standard protocols and guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of all tests and results in laboratory notebooks and databases
• Ensure proper operation, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory equipment
• Assist in the development and implementation of new testing methods and procedures
• Collaborate with team members on research projects and contribute to scientific discussions
• Prepare and present reports on findings and progress to supervisors and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, or a related field
• Strong understanding of microbiological techniques and principles
• Hands-on laboratory experience through internships, coursework, or research projects
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and ISO standards
• Familiarity with molecular biology techniques (e.g., PCR, DNA sequencing)
• Experience with microbiological testing in specific industries (e.g., food safety, pharmaceuticals)
