• Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients across practices at Michael Page. Develop and execute strategies to onboard new accounts and establish long-lasting business relationships.
• CXO Engagement: Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers within client organizations. Understand their business needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions along with other value-added services.
• Business Development: Drive sales and business development activities to achieve revenue targets. Develop a deep understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
• Alliance Building and Key Account Management: Build and maintain strategic alliances and partnerships with industry associations, key players, and relevant stakeholders.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and emerging opportunities within the given sector.
