Minimum 10-15 years of experience in MICE industry in domestic / international operations.2. Negotiation and relationship building skills.3. Must have experience in handling corporate MICE Groups.4. Should have a network in travel industry at international MICE destinations (vendors, hoteliers, transporters etc)5. Coordinating and finalizing with vendors to ensure smooth execution of the project6.
