This role involves working closely with product owner and Solution Architects to understand business needs, translating those needs into design and development, and ensuring the successful implementation of data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will support the technical product management team to drive end-to-end product delivery of technology solutions.The Technical Lead supports the TPM leadership in technical / IT related delivery topics (e.g., trade-offs in implementation approaches, tech stack selection) and provides technical guidance for developers / squad members. Manages the output (quality and efficiency) of external vendor teams to ensure they are delivering to the standards required by McD. Participate in roadmap and backlog preparation. Leads acceptance criteria creation and validation of development work. Supports hiring and development of engineers.Who we are looking for:Key Responsibilities:

• Product Delivery: Support the technical product management team in delivering data and technology solutions. Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Collaboration: Work with product teams, Business and Solutions Architects, and development teams to ensure value delivery.
• Data Analysis & Development: Analyze complex data sets, develop data models, maintain reporting systems, and implement data-driven solutions. Ability to write simple PL/SQL.
• TRIRIGA Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of the TRIRIGA application, manage TRIRIGA Lease Management, and understand integrations with other systems.
• Integration Management: Design end-to-end solutions using middleware platforms like Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Documentation: Create detailed design documentation and promote best practices for managing leases and real estate portfolios in TRIRIGA.

Development Expertise:

• Software Development: Proficiency in Java coding languages and development frameworks.
• System Integration: Experience with integrating various systems and ensuring seamless data flow.
• Technical Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest development tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• TRIRIGA Lease Management Expertise:
• Develop and document system design documents.
• Provide demos to Product Owners and Proxy Product Owners upon request.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Understand integrations between TRIRIGA and external systems for designing end-to-end solutions.

Integration Management:

• Quickly learn and understand the peripheral (inbound/outbound) integration of TRIRIGA or Property Management systems like Supplier, Customer, Site, Sale, Financial Systems, etc.
• Document and maintain detailed design documentation.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in data analysis and lease management software, including updates to TRIRIGA and industry standards.
• Continuously explore new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve data integration and analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in computer science or information technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of data analysis and JAVA development experience. Experience with TRIRIGA is a plus.
• Knowledge of middleware platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex business challenges related to data and financial integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both business and IT teams.

Preferred Certifications:

• TRIRIGA Certified Professional (Lease Management) is an advantage.
• Oracle Financials Certifications (AP, AR, GL, OTC) is an advantage.
