• Manage product development activities
• Work with product management, design, support and other dev teams to create high-quality solutions
• Manage daily activities of the development team
• Solve difficult and sometimes ambiguous problems
• Manage departmental resources, staffing, mentoring, and enhancing and maintaining a best-of-class engineering team

Qualifications To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI
