Job Title : MGR / SMGREducational Qualification : Graduate in any Discipline + Degree / Diploma in ManagementEffective Negotiation Skills, Commercial Acumen, Strong knowledge of Real Estate industry and Govt liaison experience.Work Experience:Years of exp. Minimum 10 to 15 years of experienceNature of work exp. \xc2\xb7 Real Estate Transaction & Govt Approvals experience is a must. \xc2\xb7 Multistate experience is an added advantage.Additionally, Construction & Estate management experience is added advantageAny industry preference: Preferably from IPC, Big broking House, Reputed Builder, Big Corporate.Key responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Take care of business development, expansion and land / property acquisition as per MSIL\xe2\x80\x99s requirement\xc2\xb7 Strong adherence to SOPs/ defined Process with strong ethical behaviour\xc2\xb7 Development / support in process strengthening / control measures (SOP\xe2\x80\x99s/Process) and ensuring their implementation.Desirable:\xc2\xb7 Conduct Valuation of properties through various IPC and generate insights for business decisions.\xc2\xb7 Well documentation skills for auditing and reporting purposes in accordance with statutory requirements and compliances and internal SOPs.\xc2\xb7 Vendor handling and negotiation skills.\xc2\xb7 Internal coordination with Zonal teams, project team, legal team, finance team and other business stake holders.\xc2\xb7 In-dept understanding of real estate industry.\xc2\xb7 Maintaining strong relationships with local brokers / consultants/ leading IPCs / Land-owners\xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Office/ Presentations and other Office IT tools.\xc2\xb7 Adhere to internal systems and processes to ensure zero defects.\xc2\xb7 MIS & Reporting experienceCompetencies:Behavioral\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and Presentation Skills\xc2\xb7 Team Player & interpersonal skills\xc2\xb7 Integrity and ethics\xc2\xb7 Result Oriented & Customer Focus\xc2\xb7 Ability to overcome obstacles\xc2\xb7 Strong Commercial, Analytical & Negotiation Skills\xc2\xb7 Systematic & Quality Conscious\xc2\xb7 Ownership & Accountability\xc2\xb7 Planning and Organizing\xc2\xb7 Networking Skills\xc2\xb7 Strong Knowledge of market & property valuations\xc2\xb7 Go getter and self-motivated.Any other specific job requirement:Good Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Internet.
