TE Connectivity's Sales & Marketing Support Teams assist with implementing sales/marketing initiatives by providing technical and/or product information support (i.e., data analysis, tracking, etc.). They are also responsible for planning and coordinating promotional programs and other communications initiatives.The Sales and Marketing Support Manager position will be part of the Industrial Commercial Organization and will report into the Commercial Excellence Leader. This position will be focused improving our customers experience through the identification and implementation of strategic transformational projects, initiatives, and programs. A key element of success for this role will be the ability to organize and manage multiple projects and to ensure alignment across functions and corporate teams. This position will require the ability to communicate, influence, and drive complex change management efforts.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple strategic growth initiatives / projects with adherence to project management methodologies.
Own and manage the activities around Net Promoter Score, Customer Effort Score, and Voice of Customer collection, provide updates to leadership on VOC Insights and recommendations.
Create and execute change management plans to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives.
Develop, engage, and build a high performing team of Analysts.
Assist with the organization and execution of the Omni-Channel strategy.
Drive process Improvement / Excellence (definition, governance, documentation, measurement)
Develop data-driven recommendations for programs and initiatives that incorporate analytics and market intelligence.
Develop customer and product insights to support sales and marketing initiatives.
Clear alignment and communication with key stakeholders (BU & Channel Leadership, Product Management, Pricing, Operations, Corporate CX)
Effective communicator across all levels of an organization
Independent thinking and comfortable challenging the status-quo.
Self-driven with ability to work with limited supervision.
Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
Ability to work in cross functional environment with global team members.
What your background should look like:
Bachelors degree in business management, marketing, or related discipline.
10+ years experience with global project leadership / change management.
5+ years experience managing and building high performing teams.
5+ years experience with driving change across key stakeholder groups.
Strong background in analytics, presentations, and communication.
Familiarity with SAP, SFDC, and PowerBi preferred.
Six Sigma, PMP or related certification preferred.
