You will manage a team that is focused on supporting BIG-IP products. You will be working very closely with architects, leads, cross-functional teams and other stakeholders to deliver what customers want.Primary ResponsibilitiesBe accountable for feature development & delivery for your team; work with other leads / managers to help F5 achieve its product development objectives.Mentor and guide engineers in the team both with technology and developmentFoster team growth, manage the team\xe2\x80\x99s project deliverables, and provide technical and logistical direction and support to development team.Efficiently communicate/collaborate with offsite teams, and promote F5 PD culture.Facilitate progress of direct reports. Ensure the development process works for the people to make products we can be proud of.Foster professional growth of direct reports by encouraging ongoing education, mentoring, and managing.Evaluate performance of direct-reports and assist them in creating career development plans.Maintain and promote high morale.Responsible for upholding F5\xe2\x80\x99s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policiesKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Technical knowledge to effectively lead team through design and developmentPrevious experience in C/C++, Networking, Linux Networking StackExperience in Data plane, TCP, UDP offloads, http, http2.Experience in supporting customer casesAbility to effectively communicate/collaborate with local and remote development teams.Strong organizational skills. Ability to work well with a wide variety of personalities.
