8+ years\' experience as a technical hands-on business analyst with experience in at least 2 of the following systems Oracle ASCP / SAP IBP / SAP APO / Kinaxis or other supply chain planning tools

• 5+ years hands on experience with demand planning tools ( like Oracle Demantra , SAP DP etc)
• Demonstrated experience in IT systems operations, new systems implementation, and IT software development lifecycle
• Experienced with process manufacturing, pharmaceuticals in specific
• SQL
• Microsoft office suite, consisting of Word, Excel, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate technical language in a non-technical manner.
• Good project management skills.
• Detail-oriented for document requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, financial, business partnering and writing skills.

Strong analytical skills required to critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding.
