Position Description: Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development. Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop simple applications solutions. Second level professional with direct impact on results and outcome Your future duties and responsibilities: 1. Configuration and setup of the service a. Deploy various Axway components - ST, Sentinel, Secure Edge Node etc. b. Mapping and Translation (Axway Mapping Services) c. Creation of functional and technical specifications following the standard instruction set. d. Second level production support and technical issue resolution for Axway suite of products e. Open, track and manage all support cases with Axway product support f. Liaise with Axway Product management, R&D groups and technical teams as required for various issues, fixes and new features 2. Migration approach & service level testing in conjunction with QA engineers 3. Support application migration workstream i.e. migrate and configure metadata for DWS new Cloud Environment. 4. Help maintaining the runbooks and all relevant support documents 5. Support/Run patching activities & liaise with CISO to address any concerns around patching or vulnerabilities. 6.
