• Set the what & How to do the test to validate the countermeasure
• Agreement of a plan and a record and the process of how to advance it for work or accomplishment.

A Day in the lifeInteraction with Production and Quality teams

• Evaluate and decide validation tests for alternate supplier parts.
• Countermeasure the market problem within 2 weeks.
• Get the updated information by communicating with QC and Service teams intimately.
• Improve the quality of supplier's parts.
• Travelling required to manufacturing facility and field complaints analysis
• Able to identify and address the problems (including addressing market defects).
• The skill of Observation and Orientation are requested.
• Can negotiate with a different department.
• Agreement of a plan and a record, process of how to advance it work or accomplishment
• Able to make detailed and concrete plans for the execution of tasks
• Ability to discover problems.

Academic Qualification & ExperienceB. Tech. / M. Tech. - Mechatronics / AutoTechnical Skills/Knowledge

• Able to identify and address the problems (including addressing market defects).
• The skill of Observation and Orientation are required.
• Can negotiate with a different department.
• Agreement of a plan and a record, process of how to advance it work or accomplishment.
• Basic knowledge of Vehicle and Engine integration parts
• Exposure to Engine Oil Validation
• Familiar and experienced in using engine testing tools
