Who are we looking for?As we expand and grow our Products and services, we are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to join our team to Improve & strengthen the communication and relationship with external clients, internal stakeholders, and development teams, as a result helping us build and deliver better products and services.Role :- International Calling experience.- Quick and attentive speaking with the clients.- Convincing skills/International Tele marketing skills.- Able to handle clients through calling.- Calling the US Trucker\'s and update them with the loads they have carry- Constantly monitoring their load and tracking them throughout the journey.- Convincing them for load dispatch.Qualifications :- Bachelor\'s degree- Previous experience working into international voice process (US Market Pr- Excellent negotiating & convincing skills.- Good written and verbal communication skills.- Familiarity with US transport and Logistics- Patience and resilience- Should be energetic and excellent during communication (ref:updazz.com)
