THE ROLE
This is Lead Analyst role (Metrics & Data analyst) within Product support team. In this role candidate is expected to Perform Requirements Analysis, Design, and prototyping for Management Dashboards using Microsoft Advance Excel and Microsoft Power BI, DAX and also Creating reports and dashboard based on client request and Intra-department PACS(Product Analysis & Customer Support) request
OPPORTUNITES
You will Create reports and dashboard based on client request and Intra-department PACS(Product Analysis & Customer Support) request. Creating, Publishing and Maintaining all Daily/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reports on time and with 100% accuracy.
You will Perform Requirements Analysis, Design, and prototyping for Management Dashboards using Microsoft Advance Excel and Microsoft Power BI, DAX
You will Build interactive dashboards, dynamics, and intuitive visuals that convey meaningful insight
You will Liaise with Senior Management/Support Managers/Delivery Team leads etc. to understand their needs and prepare/publish reports for Board Meetings/client Meetings.
You will Develop, implement, continuously improve, monitor, and report performance-based metrics, Key Performance Indicators, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the PACS organization along with Productivity Tracking and Resource Tracking for all metrics
You will Preparation of KPI Dashboard & Score Card and PPTs for Exco Meeting and Client Meeting
You will Analyze the Metrics and draw inferences and publish the same to the stakeholders. Liaise with QA team to publish Metric Analysis documents on a quarterly basis.
You will Prepare the necessary Metrics documents for Internal/External audits.
You will work, Guide, mentor & drive the team so that they deliver on aggressive timelines, when needed
You will do QC/review the reports prepared by the team to provide errorless (data) deliverables to stakeholders
You will take part in Weekly/Monthly review meeting and presenting the team with Metric updates
SKILLS
BE/Btech/MBA candidates with 10+ Years of experience in handling MIS, Support Metrics, Data Analysis, Interactive dashboard designing using Excel, Publishing Dashboards, Reports to stakeholders, Creation of reporting templates.
Should be having expert level skill set in Microsoft Excel and Macros and must deliver the reports on time with 100,% quality.
Willing to take up additional responsibilities and adapt to the work environment as and when new responsibilities are assigned. Quick Self-learner and good attitude must.
Having a thorough knowledge of Incident Management tools like JIRA/RTC and should be able to configure and automate manually generated reports using these Tools.
Willing to work on Hybrid (3 days working from Office and 2 days from home).
