The Services Metrics Specialist is responsible for efficient and effective systems and processes, data collection, tracking, and department reporting.Responsibilities:

• Identify key metrics that will support recommendations of action on various aspects of the business.
• Manage and administrate the monthly invoicing and billing process for services provided by our network of providers and partners.
• Delivering monthly invoicing cycle and all necessary data documentation required for financial processing
• Produce monthly expense reports on ratio of expense to revenue.
• Liaise with WPO Finance on expense projections and invoice processing.
• Assist in working up financial models for projections/forecasting.
• Work closely with Senior teams on managing partner and network provider expenses to stay within profit margins.
• Work closely with departments to identify and resolve areas for efficiency enhancement.
• Market research into competitor pricing trends.
• Support decision-making and management of WPO services.
• Production of monthly reports on performance, resource planning, utilization, SLAs, and the necessary ad hoc reports.
• Accountability for the accuracy of data and reports, and timelines for submission.
• Assisting in managing key personnel accountable for the success of the metrics operations.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Minimum of a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field.
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Analytical skills & experience dealing with large data sources.
• Strong background in statistics and analytic techniques.
• Exceptional organizational and logical skills.
• Must have the ability to handle complex data using advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate data.
• Solution-oriented outlook, formulating ideas and questions current processes.
• Ability to negotiate and influence to promote, recommend, and implement new ideas.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven high-pressure environment (especially at the beginning of each month).
• Flexible schedule a must.
