Position: Metallurgist
Location: Kolkata
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct metallurgical analyses and calibrations in compliance with NABL standards.
- Perform material characterization, failure analysis, and metallographic examinations.
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
- Develop and validate test methods and procedures, including multi-sensor CMMs, advanced sensors, non-contact inspection systems, and gauging methods.
- Prepare technical, commercial, and custom reports and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Degree in Metrology, Materials Science, Metallurgy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a NABL-accredited lab.
- Proficiency in metallurgical testing and metrological calibration techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 10360, LEAN, DFSS, DRM, UKAS, ASQ, CFC, UA, or equivalent standards.
- Certifications such as ASNT Level II/III, IIW Certified Welding Inspector, or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.

Pay: ?12,446.49 - ?20,000.00 per month
