- Material Testing: Perform tests on raw materials and finished products, including hardness, tensile strength, and microstructural analysis.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to metallurgical processes, including defects and production inconsistencies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of tests, analyses, and process improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to ensure metallurgical processes align with manufacturing requirements and standards.
- Proficiency in metallurgical testing and analysis techniques.
- Strong understanding of metal properties and alloy behavior.
- Experience with process optimization and quality control in foundry operations.
