Yard supervisor
A Yard Supervisor oversees and coordinates daily yard operations, ensuring safety, productivity, and organization. They manage yard personnel, implement processes, track inventory, perform inspections, and adhere to regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Experience on Ferro, Silioco Metals knowledge
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in the upkeep and maintenance of the yard
• Ensure that the yard is kept in a clean and organized manner
• Inspect equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition
• Create and maintain work schedules for yard workers
• Train new hires on yard policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Conduct performance evaluations for yard workers and provide feedback for improvement
• Manage inventory of equipment and supplies and order replacements as necessary
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies regarding waste disposal and recycling
• Loading, Packing, record maintaining, Administrative work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ?17,000.00 per month
