KGMI Services Private Limited is a leading manufacturer of high-quality modular furniture, specializing in steel sheet fabrication, office workstations, and hospital furniture. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team and contribute to our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabrication & Assembly:
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to fabricate metal components for modular furniture.
• Operate tools and machinery such as welding equipment, grinders, and cutting tools with precision.
• Assemble fabricated parts into finished products while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and supervise a team of fabricators, welders, and machinists to meet production goals.
• Train and mentor junior team members to improve skills and productivity.
• Ensure teamwork and a safe working environment in the fabrication unit.
• Quality Control:
• Inspect materials, components, and final products for defects and ensure adherence to quality specifications.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain high production standards.
• Workflow Optimization:
• Plan and manage production schedules to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Suggest and implement improvements in processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Health & Safety Compliance:
• Follow and enforce all safety protocols and regulations within the workshop.
• Conduct routine safety checks on tools, equipment, and the work environment.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in metal fabrication, with a proven track record in furniture manufacturing (preferred).
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage workflows effectively.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading technical drawings, welding, and operating fabrication tools.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for fabrication challenges.
• Attention to Detail: Commitment to delivering high-quality products with precision.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for team management and coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,030.10 - ?35,000.00 per month
