Metal Fabricator
Job Description
The main duty is to produce a finished product that meets the requirements specified in a schematics sheet or blueprint and is free of defects and flaws. Specific responsibilities include:
• Studying blueprints, diagrams and specification sheets to gain a thorough understanding of the work required
• Choosing the right sheet metals to use for a project based on the plan or blueprints
• Precisely measuring sheet metal and marking it at the proper places to comply with required specifications
• Using cutting tools to prepare sheet metal for use in subsequent steps in manufacturing or as-is installation
• Shaping, drilling and bending sheet metal to fabricate parts or components
• Welding, bolting, brazing and soldering sheet metal to join pieces together

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
