We are looking for an experienced Meta Advertising Expert to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook , Instagram , and other Meta platforms to drive traffic, engagement, conversions, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, results-oriented professional with deep expertise in Meta's advertising ecosystem, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and Meta's suite of tools. You'll play a key role in creating and executing high-impact campaigns that help meet business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
• Campaign Strategy & Execution : Plan, create, and execute paid media campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Audience Network, etc.) to drive business growth.
• Audience Targeting : Use Meta's advanced audience targeting tools to create highly specific and segmented audiences based on interests, demographics, behaviors, and custom or lookalike audiences.
• Ad Creation & Optimization : Work with the creative team to design compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences. Continuously optimize ads based on performance metrics to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
• Campaign Management : Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns, including setting up ad sets, bidding strategies, and budgets. Ensure campaigns are launched on time and within budget.
• Performance Tracking & Analytics : Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Analytics tools. Adjust strategies and tactics based on data-driven insights to maximize performance.
• A/B Testing : Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages to continually optimize campaign performance and achieve marketing goals.
• Budget Management : Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend efficiently across campaigns to ensure the best possible return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Trend Monitoring : Stay up to date with the latest Meta advertising trends, tools, and algorithm changes to ensure campaigns are leveraging the most effective strategies and tactics.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with other teams (creative, content, and product) to ensure the consistency and alignment of messaging across paid media channels.
• Client/Stakeholder Reporting : Provide regular updates, insights, and performance reports to key stakeholders and clients. Present actionable recommendations based on campaign results.
• Scaling Campaigns : Identify high-performing campaigns and scale them to reach larger audiences, while optimizing for performance and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager , Meta Business Suite , and Instagram Ads .
• Strong understanding of Facebook Pixel and Meta's Conversion API to track user actions and optimize campaigns.
• Expertise in using Meta Analytics and other performance tracking tools to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
• Proven ability to create and optimize Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads for various objectives (e.g., traffic, conversions, brand awareness, lead generation).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
• Experience managing budgets and ensuring optimal ROAS .
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to stay ahead of Meta's evolving ad policies, features, and industry trends.
Preferred Skills :
• Meta Blueprint Certification (Facebook/Instagram Ads certifications).
• Experience with Facebook's dynamic creative and video ad formats .
• Knowledge of eCommerce , lead generation , and retargeting strategies on Meta platforms.
• Familiarity with third-party analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) is a plus.
• Understanding of SEO and how it integrates with Meta advertising for improved results.
