Oxygen ITES Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Meta Ads Specialist with 2 years of experience to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) to help drive client engagement and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs, focusing on maximizing ROI.
• Develop creative and engaging ad copy, visuals, and video content tailored to various target audiences.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies for performance enhancement.
• Stay informed on changes to Meta's algorithms, emerging social media trends, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the content and creative teams to align advertising strategies with broader marketing goals.
• Ensure adherence to Meta's advertising guidelines and compliance standards.
• Generate performance reports and provide strategic recommendations for campaign improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Meta ad campaigns (Facebook and Instagram).
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
• Strong data analysis skills and a proven track record of achieving campaign success.
• Ability to create effective ad copy and collaborate on creative assets.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Meta ADS: 2 years (Preferred)
• Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred)
