Key Responsibilities: ? Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective Facebook advertising strategies to achieve business goals and maximize ROI. ? Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage Facebook ad campaigns from start to nish, including budgeting, targeting, and creative development. ? Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results. ? A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies. ? Audience Segmentation: Utilize audience insights and data to create precise targeting strategies for different customer segments. ? Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest Facebook advertising trends, tools, and best practices. ? Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of social media marketers, providing guidance and support to achieve campaign objectives. ? Client Coordination: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and ensure their advertising goals are met. ? Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Required Skills and Experience: ? Minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, specializing in Meta advertising ? Proven track record of managing successful Meta ad campaigns ? In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and related tools ? Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team ? Prociency in using analytics and reporting tools ? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related eld (preferred) ? Should be able to take virtual meetings with the clients independently.
