About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Meta Ads Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns across the Meta platform (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to drive key business objectives such as brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Planning & Execution:
+ Develop and execute high-performing Meta Ads campaigns across various objectives (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, conversions).
+ Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to identify target audiences and tailor ad creatives accordingly.
+ Select appropriate campaign objectives, bidding strategies, and ad placements to maximize campaign effectiveness.
+ Create compelling ad creatives (text, images, videos) that resonate with target audiences.
+ Monitor campaign performance closely and make real-time adjustments to optimize results.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
+ Deeply understand the Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager dashboards.
+ Analyze campaign performance data (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions, cost-per-click, return on ad spend) to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
+ Utilize strong logical thinking and analytical skills to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
+ Generate comprehensive campaign reports with key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights for stakeholders.
+ Demonstrate a strong drive for data analysis and a passion for uncovering insights that drive campaign success.
• Budget Management:
+ Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure optimal ROI.
+ Forecast campaign costs and track spend against budget.
+ Identify and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Stay Updated:
+ Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in Meta Ads advertising.
+ Keep up-to-date with platform updates and algorithm changes.
+ Explore and implement new advertising features and opportunities.
• Collaboration:
+ Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, creative) to achieve campaign goals.
+ Provide strategic recommendations to improve overall marketing performance.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the Meta Ads platform and its features.
+ Emphasis on in-depth knowledge of the Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager dashboards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong focus on logical thinking and the ability to derive insights from data.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, data visualization tools).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Passion for digital marketing and a strong interest in data-driven decision making.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

• Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
