For more information, visit our website or contact us at hr@brands2be.com or call us at 6289165132 Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Develop and execute high-performing Meta Ads campaigns aligned with client objectives (brand awareness, lead generation, website traffic, etc.) \xc2\xb7 Conduct in-depth audience research to identify and target ideal customers \xc2\xb7 Manage campaign budgets effectively and optimize spend for maximum return on ad spend (ROAS) \xc2\xb7 Analyze campaign performance data using industry-standard tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement \xc2\xb7 A/B test different ad formats, creatives, and targeting strategies to optimize campaign performance \xc2\xb7 Create clear and concise reports to communicate campaign results and insights to clients \xc2\xb7 Stay up-to-date on the latest Meta advertising features, best practices, and platform changes \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with creative and account management teams to ensure seamless campaign execution \xc2\xb7 May manage campaigns across other digital advertising platforms (depending on experience and agency needs) Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 per month Benefits:
