MES Senior Specialist Technical SupportScope Summary:Manufacturing execution is a core enabler of our digital manufacturing strategy within our Digital Manufacturing Division organization which creates and realizes business value leveraging digital technologies. The role of MES Technical Support, within the Manufacturing Value Team, will be responsible for facilitating user-centric outcomes in daily operations, projects, and product team, including training and communication on how to use the MES system (PAS-X).Job Profile: MES Senior Specialist Technical SupportOverview:As a Senior Specialist Technical Support specializing in MES Product, you will play a critical role in overseeing and driving successful realization of Change Management related to MES software products, such as PAS-X. You will collaborate closely with the Product Team, vendor management teams, vendors, local teams at the sites, and various stakeholders to ensure efficient coordination, smooth adoption of a change, effective communication, and delivery of the trainings to the end users to ensure business readiness. You will provide support during building, designing, implementing system across the full organization, as well as its configuration, administration and troubleshooting and issue resolution activities.This role is directly reporting into the Production Execution (MES) Product Manager and will work closely with MES Product Team.Key Responsibilities:Supporting and providing technical training to users of the PAS-X system.Running tests or investigations on application / system issues and providing recommendation or resolutions.Ensures the operational stability, maintenance, performance, and compliance of the product.Cooperates with Product Manager to feedback nonfunctional requirements, user experience and in production behavior of the application.Ensure application, at the end of their lifecycle, is retired while meeting compliance goals such as policy-based data retention, legal hold and role based access.Accountable for support and configuration of relevant Technologies ensuring that appropriate support to operations is maintained, and that all operational activities are compliant with regulatory, safety, cyber security, business continuity and financial requirements.Education Requirement:Bachelors (Prefer Bachelor of Science, Business, Computer Science)Skills:

• Experience with PAS-X configuration, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), GMP validation, and training in a production/Pharma/GxP environment.
• Ability to bridge technical MES knowledge with business process requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
• Willingness to travel based on project needs.
• Understanding of operational technologies in life science manufacturing specifically the business use cases and value drivers for process execution solutions.
