Together, we accelerate the discovery, development, and delivery of solutions that safeguard and improve human health.Beckman Coulter Life Sciences is currently building a new team to provide business critical support and sustaining activities, working with cross-functional teams, and helping drive new initiatives and projects for Beckman Coulter\xe2\x80\x99s manufacturing and supply chain digital transformation initiative.As a Senior Implementation Engineer, you will take part of the success of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) program deployment within several Beckman Operations sites in France, India, and China. Once the BEC LS Core Model will be developed and the first plant is deployed, you will make sure MES issues are resolved and will deliver implementations of new functional and technical requirements. You will take part in a large and ambitious Industry 4.0 program giving you development opportunities on top of MES.This position is part of the Beckman Coulter Life Sciences team in Danaher Development Center located in Bangalore, India.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Understand and follow the prescribed governance process and workflow development methodology.
• Follow relevant IT processes and practices for changes and incidents, ensuring completeness of all documentation and plans.
• Provide technical solutions to design and implement MES with EBR.
• Lead development of MES standards for a global MES program within BEC LS
• Ensure best code quality and appropriate controls, approvals, and validation requirements are implemented
• Develop robust solutions that have minimal downtime and ensure data integrity
• Responsible for ensuring MES instances are available to effectively support operations.
• Mentor junior MES engineers to ensure that the team applies compliant, efficient solutions
• Partner with Manufacturing to deploy sites. Troubleshoot and fix any execution issueses
• Partner with DBS to drive process improvements through Kaizens, Kanban, 5S and VSM
• Be part of the global MES support team and provide suggestions and improvement ideas, support and knowledge
• Keep abreast of AVEVA products/tech. roadmap to understand impacts and plan for upgrades.

The required qualifications for the job include:

• 8 years of overall IT applications implementation experience with at least years in the MES domain
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in deploying and supporting AVEVA modules
• Strong knowledge of AVEVA MES (formerly Wonderware MES) and specially Work Tasks (Workflow Management formerly Skelta BPM).
• Should have implemented MES, Manufacturing IT, related products in Life Science, Medical segment, or any other domain.
• Modern software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum
• Solid problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Batch/Device History Records
• Should have good presentation and communication skills.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• FDA Validation experience with CFR 21 Part 11, Annex 11, GAMP5, and regulations and guidelines pertinent to Data Integrity.
• Knowledge and experience with Good Documentation Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices
• Experience in Medical Device manufacturing
• Experience with Danaher Business Systems principles.
