Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable MERN/MEAN Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions on the MERN/MEAN stack to aspiring developers. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in web development and be passionate about teaching and mentoring students to build their skills and achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs covering MongoDB, Express.js, React/Angular, and Node.js.
• Provide hands-on coding sessions, real-time project guidance, and code reviews.
• Develop training materials, curriculum, and assignments based on industry standards.
• Assist students with debugging and resolving technical issues during practice.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, and project reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate into training.
• Provide career counseling and job preparation tips, such as resume building and interview readiness.
• Mentor students to help them complete capstone projects and live applications.

Qualifications & Skills:

For Freshers:

• Strong understanding of the MERN or MEAN stack and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Basic knowledge of building REST APIs and working with databases like MongoDB.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Passionate about teaching and mentoring.
• Knowledge of Git, deployment processes, and best practices is a plus.

For Experienced Candidates:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience working with the MERN/MEAN stack in live projects.
• Proven experience in delivering technical training or mentoring individuals.
• Expertise in building scalable, full-stack web applications.
• Familiarity with tools like Postman, Docker, AWS, or Azure (preferred).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a bonus.

Preferred Traits:

• Patience and ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way.
• A knack for problem-solving and debugging.
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and skill levels of students.
