Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced MERN Stack Team Leader located in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will supervise an agile team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain high-performance web applications. As a MERN Stack Team Leader at Octal IT Solution, the candidate will provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members, facilitate code reviews, conduct performance evaluations, and help the team develop its skills and knowledge. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in web development with expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, or Ember). 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying MERN Stack applications. At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js Experience leading a team of developers from project initiation to deployment. Strong knowledge of databases, web development principles, tools, and processes. Knowledge of AWS and DevOps tools like Jenkins, Kubernetes, and Docker will be a plus. Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Computer Science, or a related field. Ability to prioritize tasks and support the team to achieve project deadlines and milestones.
