Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Establish, Optimize & enhance UI models for improved user experience.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop projects and ensuring alignment overall business goals.
• Develops clear and concise documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and presentations, to communicate complex UI and related concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contributes to the establishment of best practices and standards for UI development within the organization.

Skills/Requirements:

• 4+ years of Overall IT experience
• Strong background in MERN Stack [Mongo, Express Js, React, Node]
• Hands-on experience in working with Typescript and its relevant libraries.
• Ability to build and develop setup with regards to Typescript application.
• Familiar with Express JS [Backend]
• Hands on experience with innovative workflow.
• Demonstrated ability in Node JS as well as related modern development languages and frameworks.
• Experience with adherence to a Software Development Methodology like SCRUM.
• Ability to work effectively with both users and technical staff in team-oriented environments.
• Good oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Ability to work successfully and independently in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadline pressures.
• The ability to be self-directed and learn new technologies quickly is also paramount as the UI technologies landscape continues to change rapidly.
• Highly motivated, positive attitude and able to work independently with little supervision.
