Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and passionate MERN Stack Developer with minimum one year experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building dynamic, responsive web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. As a MERN Developer, you will play a critical role in the design and development of new features, as well as maintaining and optimizing existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code.
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Work on all stages of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Ensure the scalability and security of the web applications.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve the performance of applications.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks (React).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and WebSocket connections.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Knowledge of unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
• Strong understanding of database systems (especially MongoDB) and SQL.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools.
• Familiarity with serverless architecture.
• Excellent Training skills for upskilling juniors.
