Role: Mern Stack Developer

Location: Indore | Onsite

Experience: 5-8 years

Skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Redux, Redux Saga, Redux Toolkit, NodeJS, MongoDB.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

1. Understand client requirements and functional specifications.

2. Write well-designed, testable, efficient code.

3. Responsible for solving complex technical issues.

4. Ensure quality projects are delivered within defined timelines.

5. Active involvement in client communication to understand functional requirements.

6. Provide technical assistance to juniors within the team.

7. Maintain high standards of quality for code, documentation and other deliverables.

8. Monitoring and improving front-end performance.

9. Adhere to industry best practices and contribute to internal coding standards.

Requirements:-

1. Working knowledge of React JS

2. Working knowledge of Redux, ES6, Webpack.

3. Good knowledge of OOP development and design patterns.

4. Experience in debugging the application.

5. Experience in handling browser compatibility issues.

6. Good to have working knowledge of NodeJS, Express, MongoDB/SQL.

7. Must have expertise in unit testing (Jasmine/Mocha/Karma/Jest).

8. Working knowledge of HTML5 & CSS3.

9. Working knowledge of any CSS preprocessor- SASS, LESS, Stylus.

10. Experience in integrating front-end code with server-side technology like MVC (good to have)

11. Should have worked in an Agile way (aware of story, estimation in story points etc.)

12. Responsible for communication with the clients.

13. Strong interpersonal and communication skill
