Job Summary

We are looking for a talented MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building modern web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack and a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development:
• Build and maintain user interfaces using React.js .
• Implement responsive web design to ensure a seamless user experience across devices.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across various browsers.
• Back-End Development:
• Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js .
• Implement and maintain server-side logic, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Database Management:
• Design and manage databases using MongoDB .
• Ensure data integrity and optimize database queries for performance.
• Collaboration and Debugging:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Testing and Deployment:
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for code reliability.
• Deploy and monitor applications in staging and production environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) , React.js , Node.js , and Express.js .
• Experience with MongoDB and database design principles.
• Knowledge of front-end tools like Redux , Context API , or similar state management libraries.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Proficiency in version control systems, especially Git .
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with modern build pipelines and tools like Webpack , Babel , or Vite .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with GraphQL, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Agile development practices.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
