We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-stack Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

As a Full-stack Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and implementing web applications, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers.
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN Stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js.
• Experience with MongoDB and Express.js.
• Solid understanding of front-end and back-end development.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?2,000,000.00 per year
