Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in crafting, implementing, and enhancing robust software solutions across the entire technology stack. As a leader, you'll guide a team of developers, driving technical excellence and contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

Full Stack Mastery: Develop , test, and deploy innovative and scalable software solutions.
Tackle challenges across both frontend and backend technologies, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to transform concepts into visually stunning interfaces.

Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a talented team of developers, fostering their professional growth.
Shape and drive technical decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of quality.

Architecture and Design Prowess: Drive architectural decisions, emphasizing scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Design and implement system components, contributing to the overall technical vision.

Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and fellow developers, to deliver top-notch solutions.
Communicate effectively, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns.

Problem-Solving Excellence: Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, delivering effective and timely solutions.
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement within existing systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record (5 years) as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• Expertise in frontend technologies ( MERN, JavaScript) and frameworks like React JS.
• Strong backend skills using technologies such as MERN ,Node.js.
• Proficiency with databases (SQL and NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.
• Leadership experience and a passion for mentoring junior developers.

Preferred:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Certifications in relevant technologies.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
